Terms of Use and Sale

Agreement between you and Zack Cola Inc.. Covers the website, portals, and Academy purchases. Automation services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work; where they conflict, those govern.

Using the site or purchasing means you accept these terms; you must be of the age of majority in your province and, if buying for a business, authorized to bind it.

Accurate information; keep credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account; notify us of unauthorized use.

Description of course, Toolkit, and Guided Program; access period: lifetime; single-user licence (course) and internal-organization licence (Toolkit); no sharing, resale, or redistribution; we may update content.

Inclusions and support boundaries as described on /academy/guided, incorporated by reference; scheduling, rescheduling, and forfeiture rules; program window.

Prices in CAD; applicable GST/HST/QST/PST added at checkout based on province; payment by Stripe; we may change prices for future purchases.

Course content, templates, prompts, and AI-generated outputs are educational and general; they may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining human approval of consequential actions; nothing is legal, accounting, tax, financial, or privacy-compliance advice.

We do not guarantee time savings, revenue, or other outcomes.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their terms; costs are yours; we're not responsible for their availability or changes.

No unlawful use, scraping, security testing without permission, uploading malware, infringing content, or using our materials to build competing commercial courses.

OVRNT owns the site, brand, and Academy materials; you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence; you keep ownership of your content and data.

Approvals made in the portal are your decisions and instructions; maintain approver lists; activity logs are records of those actions.

To the extent permitted by law: services provided "as is"; liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months; exclusion of indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

We may suspend accounts for breach; sections that should survive do so.

Laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada; Quebec consumers retain the protections and forum rights of Quebec law.

Transactional messages are sent electronically; marketing only with consent (CASL).
