How to request: email hello@ovrnt.io with your order email and receipt number. Refunds go to the original payment method once approved; your processor may take longer to post it. Taxes are refunded proportionally.
Services engagements: refunds and cancellations for automation services are governed by your Statement of Work.
Consumer rights: Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rules on distance contracts in your province (e.g. Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002).
Abuse: We may decline repeat refund requests where content has been substantially consumed or shared in breach of the Terms.
