What's included

Program window: 6 weeks of active support, with sessions to be used within 8 weeks of kickoff.
1 × kickoff session (60 minutes) — confirm your process choice, success measures, and plan.
4 × working sessions (45 minutes each) — video calls to review your map, build, checkpoints, and testing.
1 × launch-readiness review — a structured review of your approval checkpoints, test results, and monitoring plan before you go live.
Async support — questions by email or portal message, answered within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, excluding statutory holidays).

Clear boundaries keep the program focused and fairly priced:

We guide; you build. OVRNT does not build the automation for you in this program. (Done-for-you work is available as a separately scoped service → Book an assessment.)
One workflow. Additional workflows require a new program or a services engagement.
No access to your production systems or credentials. We work through screen share; you keep control of your accounts and passwords.
Third-party costs not included. Software subscriptions, AI usage fees, and connectors are paid by you.
No custom software development beyond the low-code/no-code approaches covered in the course.
No ongoing maintenance or monitoring after the program window ends.
No legal, accounting, tax, or privacy-compliance advice. We'll flag where you should consult a professional.
No guaranteed outcome. We'll help you build properly; results depend on your process, data, and team.
