Accounts payable bill entry — an internal proof of concept
- What gets automated
- Entering supplier bills. The assistant enters a bill on its own only when every condition holds: approved PO, amounts match, domestic currency, no duplicate, unchanged bank details. Everything else goes to a person with a note.

- It ran read-only first, with an item-by-item comparison, and made its first live entry only after a person confirmed. Silence never counts as a yes. Time saved has not been measured.
